For the past weeks i have been working hard on my film opening. We have done a lot of good filming and been finding good angles. We have been working on our film for a long time. We used the green room and a area near the plot , this will help us because the green room will help us give a boost in our movie to make it seem as if we are somewhere else. It helps to make it a lot more realistic so that will give us a big boost to give us a better film. The acting in our film is really good as well because the diaglouge did fitted into the film we very suitable and we had very strong accents. But we got a little behind because we changed our femme fatal to muna because sonya was not performing well so we had to change it so we could get the marks that we deserve and not cut back. I was the doomed hero and i think i done a good job on it. I acted well and got all me dialogues and scenes right. I had a really good film noir costume. I was wearing a hat as in all film noir films the men/doomed hero wear hats and it makes it look alot more into the 1940s and alot more realistic and professional. And it gives a lot of shadow to the face so that will be a good feature as in film noir films they use a lot of shadows to make it look a lot more mysterious. I used a long, professional and black coat to make all the scenes look a lot more realistic. And as it is from a company called barbour and it was established in 1894 it will be able to use it as people would were the coat and the company brand at the time and so it will be accepted. Week 8At the time the coat was really expense and so most rich people would wear that. And the doomed hero (my character) was part of the mafia and was getting a lot of money and so he could afford and so it shows that he had money. Another thing we have done this week is

We watched a scene from a movie called the "The Second Man" and it a pretty good scene. It gave me and my group alot of ideas on how to use the green screen and how to act in a film noir perspective. They gave us good ideas on location and settings to choose from and how those location make it more into a film noir film and not to look modern. The locations that i thought that were very useful and that fits into film noir were near the sports hall but if its black and white and
Today we were deciding on whos script to pick and it was between me and Sonya but then we read through all the scripts again and we saw that out of all of them Arjuns scrip was the best so me decided to pick it. We watched two films today and we compared them and that help us by using a variety of settings and ho to use the green screen Week 4 This week we started filming from a few angles and choose our locations. The locations we choose fit the film noir setting because it makes it look lie a film noir movie. An we filmed from different angles. The reason we done this is to look at which angles look best and to see if we accidentally might have put in a modern object and so that would ruin our whole opening. Some of us brought in props and costumes to make our film look more noir. But some of us brought in props and costumes to help us with our films and make it look more realistic. Our teachers showed us a couple of old year 11s film opening scenes so it would help us with our films and see how they did there mistakes to make sure we don't do the same mistakes. On one of them the sound effects didn't match when the action. This week we started to film some of our scenes and we tried a lot of different angles and they came out really good |
